Services Provided
Conversations Therapy, led by Celeste Ige, LCSW, provides professional counseling and psychotherapy services, including individual, couples, and family therapy. Services may be delivered online or in accordance with the practice’s availability.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. Minors may participate in therapy only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards. Information shared in therapy sessions is private except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, child or elder abuse, or court orders).
Payment & Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and Venmo.
Missed or canceled sessions without 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No Emergency Services
Conversations Therapy is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.
Online Therapy Disclaimer
Telehealth sessions require a stable internet connection and a private setting. Clients are responsible for ensuring their environment supports confidentiality and safety during online sessions.
Limitation of Liability
Conversations Therapy and its providers are not responsible for any decisions clients make based on therapy sessions or website content. Therapy outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as progress depends on many factors, including client participation.
