I founded Conversations Therapy on the belief that meaningful change begins with an honest conversation. My style is compassionate, approachable, and rooted in practical tools you can use in everyday life—like talking with a trusted friend who truly understands. I work with adults to process trauma, improve relationships, and manage overwhelming emotions, offering individual, couples, and family therapy sessions conveniently online. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, or communication struggles, therapy here is welcoming, supportive, and never intimidating.
